Video export problem and transparent button image export

Explorer ,
Aug 23, 2018 Aug 23, 2018

Hello everyone, I have a couple of questions about export problems in animated adobe cc.
1- EXPORT IMAGE: if on the timeline I have a transparent button, if I export the image of the stage you can see the color cyan, while it should be transparent and should only see the contents below. Because? how can you solve?
2- EXPORTING VIDEO: it gives me error when I try to export an animation as a video and does not export anything. This is the message: "Error creating swf file. Make sure the destination file is not locked or located on a locked drive. Please also check that the file name is not too long." but I'm trying to export a video not a swf. It happens on iMac OSX El Capitan and iMac OSX Sierra machines. Why?

Sorry but I did not find solutions online ...

Thanks very much to all!
Max

I just had a chat with Adobe, I solved it by copying all layers to a new document and then it did export nicely. I think the original project was corrupted.

Thanks for your quick response!

update: I discovered that for the problem 2 the error is generated because the project is on an external disk and not on the local disk. Moving the project on desktop I solved, even if it is strange because the external disk is not locked and contains all the projects ...

this is not a solution ... videos should be able to export even on non-local disks ...

Hello Max,

I have the same problem. Saving on desktop didn't work either, I still can't export my project, very annoying, can't use Animate now!

Do you have another solution?

Thnx,

Freddy

Hi mate,

Try exporting a PNG-sequence and rendering a video out of that as described in this topic: Export issue - stops mid-export

Hope this helps!
