Adobe Podcast Studio - Upload Failed

Hello,

I just recorded a podcast episode using Adobe Podcast studio with 2 speakers. After recording the file is completely silent, there is no transcript at all and I am unable to access anything I recorded. When I click on the speakers who contributed to the file, one says "upload successful" and the other it says "upload failed".

I just want to get the sound I recorded back, is there any hope or is this app extremely unreliable?

Same issue just happended to us.  Is the recoding somewhere on our local drive?  Can upload be reinitiated?  Is the content lost?

This just happened to me while recording a podcast. Not a good first impression for Adobe Podcast. Some support would be fantastic. Where is the source file saved?
