Accrued commission from Partner Portal

I received an email that Adobe was finnaly going to pay me the commission I was entilted too. But when I go to the Business Catalyst contact link they supplied I get nothing because it won't let me sign in because it says I'm using the wrong PW. But when I press the link to have them send me a forgot PW to my email address I never get a reply. I've been a Adobe Creative clould subscriber for many years & I can't believe how their trying to screw me out a my commision by making it impossible to conatct them. 
I'm discussced. Just send me my dam money.

"please reach out to us at: https://www.businesscatalyst.com/contact so that we can provide further instructions and pay this commission owing to you. "

I also received an email saying to contact you so that you can provide further instructions and pay the commission that I am owed.  When I follow the link you provide (https://www.businesscatalyst.com/contact ) and select "email" nothing happens.  If I try to log on to that page it says my password is wrong.  If I request a PW reset I never get any email (checked spam and promo folders)  The email address I am using is the same one that Adobe used to send me the email saying that I am owed money.

Hi Carolyn, that is a total non-answer. Did you read the request? Going to that page does nothing. NOTHING. I got the same email and the same issue. How about getting a real answer with directions on what to do besides clicking on a link to a page that helps nobody?

Hi Lenio,

 

The instructions were to go to our Contact Us page: https://www.businesscatalyst.com/contact 

 

When selecting the Accounts box, there is an option to raise a Case and the page is working correctly.

 

I hope this clarifies for you.

Further to the instructions provided by me in this thread regarding using our Business Catalyst Contact Us page: https://www.businesscatalyst.com/contact it appears there was a bug with this page not loading correctly.  The issue has now been fixed.   If you need to reach our technical support or accounts team, please go to the Contact page, select any of the options and you will see the RAISE A CASE tab appear.

Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this has caused anyone in our BC Community.

I think it's terrible how you treat your loyal customers. I've been a Adobe Creative Cloud customer for 10 years. I have a lousy $82 dollars coming from my Catalyst account and your making it it impossible to get my money. I keep getting a run a round. I last contacted you through your support about week ago & I still haven't heard back. Why can't you just send me the money you know you owe me, why are you making it so difficult?
I'm totaly discussed.
