Hi Lana,

Looks like this is a known occurence and not something that you need to worry about regarding security.

"Nothing the client should worry about in this case. Connection is secure, but this page references a .js file over http. No unsecure data is sent through that connection."

However this is something we look to correct soon to not confuse clients moving forward.

Thanks for the heads up and hope this clarifies.

Hi Lana,

Are you accessing the admin under the secure domain URL of your site?

https://sitename.worldsecuresystems.com/admin

KB reference: http://kb.worldsecuresystems.com/236/bc_2365.html

Hope this helps!

I tried that as well, but I got this:

The site uses SSL, but Google Chrome has detected either high-risk insecure content on the page or problems with the site’s certificate. Don’t enter sensitive information on this page. Invalid certificate or other serious https issues could indicate that someone is attempting to tamper with your connection to the site.

Thanks for the screencast.

I'm also noticing this as well.  Let me check with our product team to find out what is going on or to provide further details.

I'll share once I hear back.
