Can we use scss with BC?

Just wondering if we can use scss? I think you need ruby installed?

You can not install Ruby, PHP or any server side scripting to BC. BC is a .NET based system and a SAAS - Software as a sollution. You do not have access to the server side language for the system.

BC can run LESS through the javascript implementation.

I have been using SCSS for style-sheet development and uploaded only the complied CSS.
