cancel my account !

I wish to terminate all services with Adobe business catalyst and it has been impossible to get solutions from anyone. I wish to cancel my account and my last fee should be waived because I have been working on this process since before the last billing cycle.

Sorry to hear that you are wanting to cancel your account. 

If we can help what was the issue you were encountering? 

You can actually cancel the site via site settings -> general settings -> delete site which will stop all future billing. 

To confirm any prior billing concerns please reach out to our accounts team directly and they'll be able to assist further.

Trying to convert PDF file to word - very confusing. I don't have the time to spend on whats suppose to be a simple task.

Are you familiar with Acrobat Pro?  There's a converter built in to allow to convert PDF to word and other file types.
