I wish to terminate all services with Adobe business catalyst and it has been impossible to get solutions from anyone. I wish to cancel my account and my last fee should be waived because I have been working on this process since before the last billing cycle.

You can actually cancel the site via site settings -> general settings -> delete site which will stop all future billing.

Are you familiar with Acrobat Pro?  There's a converter built in to allow to convert PDF to word and other file types.
