cannot FTP to business catalyst

Getting an error " an unknown authentication error has occured using your Adobe ID " THIS IS A REAL PISSER, HOW MANY TIMES IS THIS GOING TO HAPPEN.....

Please help is anyone out there,,  MAYBE THE GREAT OZ OF ADOBE....

Thanks for getting back to me, and sorry for the RUDE reply, sometime things just get so frustrating. I am this guy that need things to happen without interruptions.

Still having a problem with FTP through BC. It seems to freeze up at about 80%, will not do the entire load.  Any suggestions ??????????

I followed the instructions as described here and I am not able to connect via sFTP either. I will need to

have access to the file system on the server.

Is this option only available to paid BC accounts?
