Catalog is displaying 2 alphabetical sets?

Hello,

I'm working with a client and something strange is happening, I can't figure it out.

On this page linked below, the catalog is displaying alphabetically A-Z but then starts over with other catalogs A-Z half-way through. Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it?

Hey - does the issue persists? the listing seems to be ok on my end.

I ended up having to add a weight of 0 to all products to get them to display correctly. BC support told me that it would have worked if I had left all products with a weight of "blank" - but that clearly wasn't the case. Thanks for following up.
