Custom Pricing on Add to Cart

In Adobe BC, is it possible to customize the pricing (using JS?) before or as it is being added to the cart?

Here's the situation. We have a service that is based on the size of a property. If it is 1/4 acre, its 1 price, 1/2 acre, another, etc.. Further more, we only charge 1/6th (bi-monthly billing) of the annual price upon the first service. So is there a way to have a price for a product calculated using JS or does it always pull the price from the BC system?

As far as I am aware this can't be done. Changing the price on the front-end with JQuery doesn't work. I believe the best workaround for this is to implement the different prices as different products.

Thanks. Not the favorable way to do it, but it will definitely work. I appreciate your response.
