Error Message: No Start Page Could not display this Web Site as no Start Page has been configured.

Hello.

I am working with my client's tech firm to point their existing domain to the newly published website hosted on Adobe Business Catalyst. They are getting the following message when they attempt to point the domain to ABC...

"No Start Page Could not display this Web Site as no Start Page has been configured. To configure a default starting page, set one of your Web Pages to be the Start Page. Please contact your Administrator for more information."

What should I tell them to do. Thank you.

In the web site admin edit the page to be the default page and set it as the start page.

If the issue still persist, please open a support ticket and let them know the system url of your site ( the url with .businesscatalyst.com)

@israelisassi In your Site Manager you have several menu options including "Pages".  My Site Manager is only showing two menu options: Web Forms and System E-Mails.
