How to format an email notification

I have created a simple form and I want to change the format the user e-mail notification. At the moment it's showing:

Dear xxx ,

Thank you for reaching out to us via our website; we'll be in touch as soon as we can.

Summary of web form submission:

Where can I find this Email template? there is nothing in the System emails?

In the web form in the admin - top buttom "auto responder" is what your after.
