Issue with log in and domain

The first issue was trying to create a new domain for my website to launch it. I've paid the amount needed when doing so, but after a few days of trial and error, I still haven't been able to get the domain working. I googled all the info I could and everything seemed to be in order.

Now after a week or so, I can't even log into my site. "Can't find your server" will just pop up, like it has been when trying to use my new domain.

I've done everything said on the "Business Catalyst Support" site but still can't figure out why the domain isn't working. Now not being able to even sign into my site, I'm at a total lost with everything.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be very helpful.

Adobe bc sign in has been down for a while now... if you need to work on, launch or delete a site on Adobe bc you can't sorry mate
