Quickbooks integration

New Here ,
Feb 02, 2015 Feb 02, 2015

Hi,

I am looking to integrateQuick books pro software for 2014 with BC. I was looking at onesaas.com as an option but they no longer offer support for the desktop software. The integration needs to consist of the below:

When a product's stock level is updated in QuickBooks Online, I want:The stock level to be updated in Business Catalyst.

When a product is created or updated in Business Catalyst, I want:The product to be added to or updated in QuickBooks Online.

When an order is placed in Business Catalyst, I want:The sales invoice to be created in QuickBooks OnlineAdditionally, the following will happen:The customer will be created

When a payment is created in Business Catalyst, I want:The payment to be created in QuickBooks Online.

Does anyone have any recommendations of where to start with this?

Thanks,

Dean

Hi Dean,

I've quoted on this several times so I have a complete blueprint on the work required to talk to quickbooks and integrate with BC, but most of the time unless you are doing thousands of dollars a day in sales it wasn't worth the implementation cost. I'm not not recommending this solution as it does save quite a bit of man hours and HR costs so if people are wanting it drop me a line.

Hello BC Man!

Have been using the Business Catalyst QuickBooks Web Connector for 2 years now, but it doesn't send some important data.

Getting nowhere with intuit QB support.

- missing data, Company name, complete customer address and sends quotes as sales income.

Would you be interested in investigating and possibly fix for your fee$

OR - Maybe you know of a better solution I should use?

Thank You in Advance

Will

I know Mario from Two blokes did a better integration a few years back for a customer that used the SOAP API but two problems, the SOAP is buggy / gives wrong data plus Adobe are not fixing problems (they are documenting around them) and Mario doesn't do BC at all anymore so I don't think he would support anything.

If you need something else we can work on it just depends if you have the budget for an out of box solution because it would have to be created from scratch, there is no improving on BC's implementation you would have reinvent the functionality and add to it.

PODBOX are new to the BC integration market. I haven't actually used them yet.

Most of the time at Pretty Digital we do custom integration according to what you need. ONESAAS is always a bit flakey.

If you're interested in a Custom Integration with any system external to BC just let me know

OK...

I've just found another integration which seems even better and less pricy:

Connect Adobe Business Catalyst to QuickBooks Online | itDuzzit
