13.3 Camera Raw filter

Hello, when I launched the Camera Raw filter through Photoshop a splash screen appeared on my laptop to notify me of all the upgrades. I had Photoshop on a second monitor and because the splash screen couldn't be moved or scrolled I could not access the button to close it causing me to have to restart my system just to move forward on my project.

Updates take place using the Creative Cloud application so try there.
