Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? Please try re-installing the application.

It's not working at my end too, tried on PS 21 and 22 , whereas my friend has it working in 2020 too.

Dear Rahjisha,

Solved by deleting a directory in Adobe/Photoshop/Resources/... as per Adobe suggestion related to a similar problem. I don't remember the directory name, maybe 20 or 22.
In my installation, the directory mentioned by the suggestion was not present, so I deleted the existing one, directory 22 instead of 20 or vice versa.
Since mine is an empirical solution, of which I don't know the collateral consequences, I preferred not to publish it in the Adobe Support Community.
However, everything seems to work perfectly.

Avevo trovato nella community una discussione con un tema abbastanza simile, della quale però non ho preso debita nota. Mi sembra di ricordare qualche cosa come "Unable to load neural filters" o qualche cosa di simile.

In questa discussione si suggeriva di cancellare un file presente in una directory in Programmi/Adobe. Questo file, dal nome molto breve, comprendeva un numero (20 o 22, non ricordo). Ho cancellato il file in questione, che per altro comprendeva un numero diverso da 20 o 22 (forse 21). Quindi ho installato nuovamente CameraRaw non da Creative Cloud ma direttamente da Adobe Download. Funziona tutto ancora oggi. Mi spiace di non essere più preciso. E' mia opinione che sia servito di più reinstallare CR piuttosto che cancellare quel file. Prova!

Ho provato a reinstallare ACR 15.3 ma niente da fare, stesso problema.

Dentro la cartella programmi/adobe ho quello che rimane delle vecchie versioni di ps, ma sono già disinstallate.
