camera raw freeze problem after 2025 update

I have major problem, whenever i try tu use camera raw (opening raw from bridge, or using camera raw filter from photoshop) the program i am using freezes, and te only way i can close it is by ctrl+alt+del. 

Already checked for nvidia update, didn't help. Don't know what seems to be the problem, the PS-Preferences-camera raw are set for full speed.

I have the same issue, but not for every user on the same machine. Some users can use the Camera Raw fine, but it freezes for other users...each logging into their own Windows account.
