I have an Aus ProArt px13 with an Nvidia RTX4050 gpu and AMD 890M integrated graphics. Whenever I use just the integrated graphics, I cannot use the camera raw presets without a runtime error disabling the gpu. All drivers are updated. It does the same thing in Lightroom. I am using Camera Raw 17.2 and Phoitoshop 26.6 on Windows 11.

Try to disable the integrated GPU in the Device manager. Right click it and choose Disable device.
Adobe software doesn't work well with dual GPUs.

I want to use the integrated GPU when I am traveling so this isn't the solution I am looking for. I did try disabling the Nvidia GPU to see if that helped, but it still had the same result.

The integrated GPU will not work with Photoshop and Camera RAW. You need to disable it, that's the solution.

Thank you for your response. The integrated gpu works fine with Photoshop even beating AI denoise times on my wife's Macbook M4. It was the only the presets in Camera Raw that were the issue, but I found a work around. Unchecking the preview AI settings on rollover solved the issue
