Hi,
I have a 5D Mk3 and have a new PC running Adobe Creative suite, Win 10 Pro. I want to edit in ACR but says qualfying product etc. I can review and do some adobe edits in bridge but not in camera raw.  Not a lightroom fan so any update appreciated. Tried to get Adobe Camera Raw 7.1 but cant find it,

Thanks

Which version of Creative Suite are you running? Or did you mean Creative Cloud?

Can you elaborate on that error message? There should be no issues editing 5D Mark 3 Raw files in Camera Raw if you're running version 6.7 or later.

Hi, I have Adobe Creative Suite so have Photoshop 2024 on a new HP Laptop.
Trying to edit in camera raw.   Previously viewed in Bridge, but edited in Camera Raw, batch image processor and then did specific edits in PS.
When I try to open Camera Raw image in Bridge it says " Camera Raw Editing is not Enabled"
Camera Raw Editing requires that a qualfying product has been licenced.
But I have Photoshop 2024 running
And have installed Camera Raw 16
Still get the message and have rebooted machine
Any advice appreciated 🙂

Thanks so much!!

So I have photoshop working, Bridge works to view, but when I try to open raw files they dont open.
This is my photoshop - Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.1.0 20231016.r.120 ca99df2 x64
Running on Windows 10.  I have downloaded the latest version of ACR but nothing changes, still says " Camera Raw Editing requires that a qualifying product has been licenced.

Any advice appreciated.

You can't edit anything in Bridge.

It is a file browser not an editor.

Bridge can give you access to Camera Raw as can Photoshop.

Are new computers really still shipping with Windows 10?

You need version 22H2 or later for Windows 10 to work with Adobe CC.

Highly recommend updating to Windows 11.

Also, you have an Adobe CC subsciption?

Why not update your Adobe Apps? Camera Raw has reached version 16 now, 7.1 is ancient history.

Beware however that version 16 requires a fairly high spec GPU to work so check your system compatibility first. See here.
