How can I access all the data area of and RW2 file

During the last tour of Cornwall I set the camera to 16:9 format which I now regret. I assumed that having downloaded in RAW that I would have all the data from the whole sensor. Certainly the file size is the same whether I set 16:9 or 4:3, 22.95 MB. However the number of pixels for 16:9 is 5184 x 2920 and the number of pixels for 4:3 is 5184 x 3888. But I cannot find anywhere in Lightroom to change the format without losing pixels by cropping.

Am I right in thinking that I have all the data in the RAW file (.RW2)?

Is there any way you know that I can access the 4:3 format for the photos I shot in 16:9 without cropping and losing more pixels?

Upload (via Dropbox or similar) one of the raws.

I have found the answer. It is simple. Load the image. Select it. Then
select crop tool and drag the edges of the crop tool out to maximum. The
whole image is then revealed. Save.

If you’re in Lightroom Classic and the Crop tool isn’t showing the entire image when the Aspect menu is set to As Shot, there are actually two faster ways to reveal the entire image in just one step. No need to do all that manual dragging. Choose one:

• Choose Original from the Aspect menu. 
• Click the Reset button at the bottom of the Crop tool options.
