MacBook Pro - MacOS 10.15.7 Catalina
When I am using a tool (in this case the brush tool) and drag the mouse past the viewing screen, it slow-drags my image off the viewable screen. I want the image to stay in place while I edit, and disable that drag feature, but can't find where to do it, nor what to call it in a google search Please help this is driving me bats**t crazy. I've tried posting a video to illustrate. Thanks!
