Question

Photoshop 2022 Camera Raw Filter Vignette

Does the simple vignette in Camera Raw Filter still exist? In older versions of Photoshop, it was insanely simple to do, now I've upgraded and doing a simple vignette seems to be a ridiculously complicated process. Unless you want it stock standard around the corners. Anything that's not centred and it seems to be complex. I can't seem to find anything anywhere about it. Any help much appeciated.

Are you referring to the Vignette slider in the 'Effects' panel?

Or are you looking for a default Preset?

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

Exactly...
But it honestly I do not like the current version of Camera Raw.  I prefer the older versions.  Too me they just tried to dumb it down.  Guess we have to wait til October to see the new version.

So the changes to the UI started in June 2020 (2 years ago) to unify, and improve, features of the Camera Raw adjustments in Lr, LrC and ACR. Nothing has been removed.

It is good practice to always read the Update Notes when new releases arrive.

The 'new' 2020 interface is not going to revert to the old UI, so you need to accept it as it is- Improved with new features.

And those little 'Disclosure triangles' to expand options can often  give the impression that options are 'missing' when they are 'closed'.

You are not alone though in not liking the new UI.

Yeah I've had a look and can't see anything that relates to what I'm looking for. In the older version you could go into Radial Filter, drag out a circle/oval in the spot you want, bring the exposure fader down (or up for white) and play around with the feather and it would give you a custom vignette. I don't seem to be able to do that now. But I am just a hobby photographer, I may be missing something.
