Resize camera raw window

I got a new computer and updated to the new camera raw and photoshop. When I open a photo in camera raw the window is too big for my screen. I have toggled the full screen (f), I have tried manually resizing, and I have tried changing the resolution to 125 instead of the recommended 150. ( which that works but the text is sooo tiny. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Alter your display resolution to whatever supported and desired PPI produces the size you wish.

The scaling preference in Photoshop is 100%?
