Moving to discussions:

Is this your crasher @PECourtejoie  or someone else's you are reporting?

Without the Adobe ID of the crasher - we have no way to research this.

I find no Crash Reports against that Adobe ID.

Normally I reply with this text:

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s? Apple’s?

Without an internal crash report to reference it makes it difficult. Is it possible the reporter can come on to this thread?

I think you're referring to my post where I posted 2 entries from my event log. When Photoshop terminates, there is no crash dialog - it just abruptly terminates. I did call Adobe support about this, but the rep ended up remoting into my computer and making changes that caused the computer to not boot again - I had to restore from a backup to get going again. That didn't make me want to call support again!

These 2 entries keep getting repeated:

The description feels like a driver failure. Without an actual crash dialog appearing, and the description of the failure, I am leaning towards some hardware issue.

Video card is a likely culprit. Have you gone to the Video Card manufacturer's website and ensured you have the latest driver installed?

Latest driver is installed. Plus, this occurs on 2 different computers with 2 different GPUs - both with up to date drivers.

Also, there are a number of people posting recently to various forums with the same issue. And I personally know several people who are also having this issue.

There's a 24.0.1 version; worth a try once ACC lets you download it.

To tag along, there is now a check for updates button in the CCD application, before, it was tucked in a menu.
