Activate prior to 30 days

I have purchased a key code to activate RoboHelp Demo. Is there a way to complete the activation now? ...uninstall and reinstall?

Once you have Captivate open, open the Help menu and select the option to Activate Captivate... This should take you through the activation process allowing you to enter your code.

The option in the help menu to Activate... is greyed out.

Ended up removing the demo and installing the full version ... worked dandy! Thanks!

I know the thread seems to be resolved, but were you trying to activate RoboHelp or Captivate? You mentioned RoboHelp Demo and this is the Captivate forum.

Ah! So it is! Not sure how I ended up here, but yes, my question was for RoboHelp. In any case. Issue resolved! Thanks!
