Adding Drop source after-effect

Community Beginner ,

I apologize in advance for my ignorance, but for the lie of me I cannot figure out how to add an effect to a drop source after it has been successfully dropped.

As a real-world example I have a drag and drop where objects get placed into boxes.  I thought it would be nice if the objects would seem to disappear as they were dropped on the right box.

I saw the Adobe Captivate recycle bin drag and drop tutorial and it looked like the drag source objects were shrinking and hiding once dropped.  This is probably easy, but I've been killing myself trying to figure this out.

Thank you,

Andrew

Hello,

Sighing...most tutorials don't explain enough, especially the videos. You have to select the drop target and look in the Snap behavior to indicate what you want to see when a drag source is dropped. Not that intuitive, right? Look at this screenshot, where I selected 1 drop target, in this case the SmartShape_33 - sorry normally I am labeling each object but this was quickly done to show you an example. You have to repeat this configuration for each drop target:

The red rectangle indicates that the drag source will get 'behind' the drop target. I highlighted two other settings: the drag source will shrink to 50% and its opacity will decrease to 20%. If you set both last settings to 0 % the drag source totally disappears.
