Adobe Captivate flash Frame

I've created a video where a hotspot shows up where the user can go to another video for further explanation. On that video there's return button that Executes Advance Action that jumps to a bookmark in the original video so the user can continue from where they left off.   The script works but there appears to be a "flash frame" before it plays. How do I get rid of that?

thanks

I am not sure what you mean by 'flash frame' (has a totally different meaning for me). Can you please clarify?

My suspicion is that you see the effect of reloading and moving the playhead in the video? Probably a lag effect, which will also depend on the bandwidth and the video file size.
