I have embedded my captivate module in our LMS. How do I get the analytics from the quiz to sync with SCORM?

When I upload the zipped file for my module it does not work.

Do I need a separate zipped file with all quiz questions?

Did you publish a SCORM object? That happens automatically if you configure the Report section of the Preferences.

I published a Captivate project as a zip file. The project consists of 6-7 slides with 4 quiz slides at the end. When I embed it as a minisite into my LMS the project displays properly but I don't know how to get the results from the quizz to sync with the LMS.

Is there something I need to fill out or change on this screen? I'm still not sure why it is not reporting the data back to me.

How are you expecting it to be reported? It should be populating the tables in the LMS. If it doesn't is should be reporting in the debug log.

Should I be uploading it as a "minisite" or something else?

When I upload it as a "minisite" I can link it out or embed the content directly.

Everything works accordingly, but I'm unable to find the analytics of the course anywhere on the LMS.

I noticed that my current LMS Haiku is not listed as one of the recommended LMS providers from Adobe.

I have no idea what a minisite is.

Generally you need some kind of Admin Interface to see the information that is stored in the LMS table for each user.

I would see if you can get some support from your LMS vendor.
