Adobe Presenter 11 PPT experiencing serious problems with addin

I am trying to use Adobe Presenter 11 in PowerPoint 2007 but each time I click on the record video button in the adobe presenter ribbon, I get an error message that says powerpoint has stopped working and the program closes.

I have tried a dozen presentations and it happens with every one.

Any ideas on what to do to make presenter 11 work with PPT 2007?

Hi Ashley,

I would like to inform you that Adobe Presenter 11 is not tested and certified on Office 2007. It is only certified with Office 2010 and 2013.

Please check the system requirements : System Requirements | Presenter

You may need to use Adobe Presenter 11 with either office 2010 or 2013.

However If you get the issue only with "Record" option while using Presenter 11 with Office 2007 then you may also try to launch Presenter Video Express separately and use it as a workaround :
