AEM cloud Manager build error Build did not produce any non-skipped content package artifacts

I am getting build error  on Aem cloud . code executes cirrectly on local aem sdk latest 

pom.xml

I am sorry, because I think you have posted this in the wrong forum. I don't see a link with Adobe Captivate, which is the topic of this forum. Can you please post in the correct forum?
