Animation doesn't paly from the very begining

Hi there,

I am developing a captivate course adding a few animations.

The swf animation are just converted from M4V file.

I would like the animation play once when I go to their slides

It's strange that when I go to the slide with an animation, it plays from the middle instead of the very begining...the very begining part appear at the very end.

I am supposed to see A and then B part, but what I see is first B part and then A.

I didn't make the  animation loop also.

Could you help figure out what's the problem and what i should do with it?

Hi,

1. Try inserting any other animation in the same project?

2. Try inserting your animation in any blank project?

3. Also, which application you used to create this animation?

Hi thank you for your reply. I do have inserted several animations in my course.

There are 8 on different slides and they are all converted from videos.

Is there a possibility that because I review the course several times and stop at different time,

The course record the resume time.......

There could be a something with these kind of animations.

And thats why i suggested you to try other animations, which comes with captivate.

Please provide the answers of the question, as they will help us to resolve your concern.
