Audio won't work

Hi, Inserted audio is not audible after beeing published. The option preview play slide works fine. The option preview play project also won't play the recorded audio.

What is wrong?

Can you share the screenshot of the slide which contains the audio and share the timeline in the screenshot, showing all the objects placed on the slide.

Hi Thanks for your reply. I found out what the issue was. Unfortunately the preferences were not set right. Audio was not exported on publishing.
