Blank White Screen between videos Captivate 2019

After we insert videos (MP4s), we are getting a white screen such as this when transitions to the next slide (video). Any recommendations on how to fix this?

Reason is that the video needs to be loaded On Enter of the slide. When the video is rather heavy that can take a while.

Best solution is to stream the video instead of embedding it. There are dedicated stream services, but you can try also  using YouTube or Vimeo.

Thanks although we tried all the options above and we still get the white screen. This is happening in another Captivate project as well. The only fix was to do it in Articulate Storyline.
