When opening Captivate Classic I get a Boost_filesystem.dll error. We have reinstalled and it will work until closed and won't work on re-open. We have 3 machines doing the same thing.

Do you hae both Captivate New (12) and Captivate Classic on this system? Did you check if both directories have that dll file? Can you check the exact versions of both? I know that some months ago you couldn't start Classic if New was not started, or vice versa. That is one bug which has been solved in the most recent versions<althoug Classic remains very buggy compared with version 11.5.5. It is impossible at this moment to use Video Demo, because its editor has been stripped down to make it useless on my system. And I already had support for a copule of hours just to get it running.

Thanks for your reply! Yes the files are in the folders. Starting 12 first didn't work, unfortunately. I can't check versions as it won't open.
I contacted Adobe and they recommended, "to initiate the repair of Microsoft Visual C++ through the Control Panel ".
I'm waiting for our IT department to action it.
