Branching Courses will close via button but will not not register as completed in SuccessFactors LMS

Hey friends, 

 

We have 2 courses that are both branching being published to Scorm 1.2. They both have buttons at the end of the course to close the course. But when tested the buttons close the course but do not register the course as complete in the Successfactors LMS. 

 

Any help is appreciated.
