I just filed a bug in Captivate and I got no response on the screen. I was logged in with my account credentials. I received no email to acknowledge the bug report. When I login to my account, the bugs that I reported for FLASH are there. When I go to add a bug from my login, the Adobe Captivate product is not listed and in fact very few products are listed.
It seems that the bug logging system for Adobe Captivate is having a few bad days because I have now tried to log this bug twice over a 5 day period. This time, I saved all my typing so that I can Copy and Paste it.

Hmmm... Couple of weeks ago Captivate was missing in the list. After I reported that 'missing', it was solved at the latest on Monday 8th of February. I just double-checked in
Feature Request/Bug Report Form
This is what I see:

YES, I got that screen
YES, I filled in the BUG Report
YES, I finished it with Send, Etc.
It then takes you back to a general discussion page. There is NO feedback if your bug was reported. I received NO email on this. I login to my Adobe account and the bug is not listed in my profile.
So did the bug get reported into the system?
Why is there no feedback after sending it...e.g., "Thank you for taking the time to report your technical support issue to Adobe. Your log has been recorded as BugBase #123456789"
Why is there no email to me?
Why is it not showing up in my profile when I login.
If you think that reporting a bug to Adobe should carry NO responsive feedback, no email to me and no bug-base showing up in my account, then that is fine with me. But it makes no sense to me that it is a ghost reporting system with no feedback.
Is this correct behavior? If it is, then it is terrible!
When I report FLASH bugs, I get emails and feedback immediately.
I have reported all of the above to tech support through the Chat panel.

I'm just a user like you, and answered to this sentence:
When I go to add a bug from my login, the Adobe Captivate product is not listed and in fact very few products are listed.
That is not true, right!
All the other ranting: I am only a user, why are you addressing this to me? I never told you that I appreciate the support of Adobe, just spend (too much perhaps) trying to help other users.

Actually, from my login page where I can see my profile, Etc, there is a list of my bug reports to Adobe. I can view, add new bug reports Etc. from that screen and the list there (again, from my logged in Adobe user page) is very short. That is a different issue and an inconsistency in the entire bug-base system. I registered all of my products and they are all listed from a licensing standpoint, but the bug reporting available from my profile is super limited:
This is what I get from an existing BugBase when I press NEW and logged in as my profile. It is not my Profile page, it is from the BugBase page.
Perhaps there are different systems?
