Can't install Captivate 9 - Lacks a file part of Adobe Captivate 9 (64-bit)

In my company we have a Captivate 9 licence, I downloaded the installer Captivate_9_x64_LS21.exe from my Adobe Account but when I try to install on a new computer, I keep receiving an error claiming to download all the parts and put them in all

This is a user forum. Policy of Adobe at this moment is that only the two most recent versions are available for download. Try to contact Adobe directly or the reseller.. Users cannot answer this type of questions as you'll understand.
