Cannot View Presentation

Hi there.

I am being asked to go to this adobe presentation for the national park services and do the online training modules:

I can access links on the left side of the page but none of the links on the right side work for me. Some in our group can access it others cannot.

I run Safari 10.1 and Chrome 57 have downloaded flash, disabled popup blocking.

Anyone offer me some help?
