Captivate 12.4 – Sound file is not played and PNGs are not displayed

I have a problem publishing my project. When I publish my project, the embedded sound files are not played. In the preview, however, it works?!? I have the same problem with the "Click to show" widget. My icons are displayed in the preview, but when I publish it and start it normally, they are not. Can anyone help me? I have attached two screenshots to make it clearer. Thanks in advance

Captivate's HTML5 output requires a web server environment for everything to work properly.

When you Preview in Captivate you are viewing it from a temporary localhost web server.

If you just publish and then double-click to launch the index.html files you are not going to be viewing the content from a web server environment and lots of things will not work.

Upload your published output (all the files, not just the index.html) to a web server and then view it.

Whenever I get a publishing error (slide works in preview mode but the published html5 file does not work), I close the project, clear all adobe caches, clear temp, clear %temp% and clear prefetch folder. Then I restart the machine and try publishing again, this time to a different folder. I hope this helps.
