Captivate 2019 download and install

Hi All,

I could not update my Captivate and I just uninstall. Now I want to download and install it again but somehow I cannot. I have an enterprise account. I log in to my account and click download, it took me to Creative Cloud, but unfortunately, there is no Captivate! How can I download and install it?

I have extactly the same issue, the update failed with Error 184, after that it was only possible to deinstall. How to fix this ?
