Hello,
I am creating a responsive project where I've unlinked the slide height from the device height, so the user can scroll down through content. However, I am finding that when you click next the screen loads at the bottom of the screen instead of the top. I have tried inserting javascript but this has had no effect. I know there have been previous forum discussions on this issue, however it seems like they are all unanswered, so just wondering if anyone has managed to come up with a solution? Most of the forum posts are for older versions anyway, so thought there might be a fix for captivate 9!
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Liz

"HI,
Have you tried to put the Next/Previous button at the top of the slide?
I know it doesn't make sense on a UX point of view, but I wonder if the next slide appears "scrolled-down" already is because the user had to scroll down in the previous slide to get to the Next button.

Hi Eric,
That probably would work but it's not really a good solution for me as I'm using the built-in playbar and my clients definitely wouldn't want to have to scroll to the top to click the next button. It doesn't really make sense from a user point of view that once they finish the content they have to go back to the top, I really want a fix that will just make the content on the next screen load at the top!
Thanks for your suggestion though!
