Hi,
Can you please use the below link to download Adobe Captivate and then try to install/activate the application by sign-in with your Adobe Federated ID credentials and see if that works-
https://www.adobe.com/in/products/captivate/vipdownload.html
Let me know if you face any issue.

Ajit

What you are missing is the fact that Captivate is not and has never been part of the Adobe Creative Cloud. So your Creative Cloud subscription does not grant you access to download and use Captivate.
You can download a trial version of Captivate from the Adobe website but if you want to use it beyond the trial period then you'd need to purchase a separate subscription for Captivate.

Hi there,
Did you get a chance to look at the screen pic I posted? My Company has purchased captivate & Adobe clearly recognizes this by stating Captivate is included with a download button beside it. So why is this located here if not to download it?

I have no experience with Enterprise licenses, am just a simple user.
But will try to find a staff member to help you solve this problem.

Please provide a new 11.5 installer!
If you have to uninstall and re-install Cp, you have to run the installer and then run the updater, lengthening a process that was likely started because you encountered a serious issue that impacts your productivity. At this point, post-version 11.5, there should be a fresh comprehensive installer that allows you to get running again in the least amount of time. Because time is money. If you've got time to lean, you've got time to push a new installer.
