Captivate Simulation flickering on preview

Hi,

I have recorded a demo simulation and when I view in preview, when the demo moves from one screen to the next it is flashing and not transitioning smoothly.  Any ideas what is going on or how I can resolve it? Sample of issues in screen gab below.

@Janice27927268d6c9 This has happened to me a few times as well, notably when a slide transitions from a still image simulation to a slide video simulation. Did you ever find a solution?

Nope no solution.  Reached out to support too and no response on it.
