Gentlefolk,
Rob Ward answered this question about a year ago, and offered up a third-party solution, which my organization won't pay for. So I think I know the answer but a year is a long time in the tech world and maybe something new has come along.
[Rod's response here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/captivate-discussions/certificate-printout-right-justified-cannot-cen...
I have a PNG completion certificate background onto which I have placed variables to display the user name and completion date of the training. That part works fine.
But the printouts are all heavily right-justified, with the printouts being handled by the window.print(); command.
Aside from Rod's suggestions, has anything new come along to make this type of printout more presentable?
The audience is physicians, which as a class know an awful lot about the human body but knowledge of the innards of PDF printout adjustments is limited.
Thank you.
