Certificate Learning Interaction--Help!

New Here ,
Oct 13, 2015 Oct 13, 2015

Hello all,

I am finishing up my first captivate project and I have run into a snag. Desperately trying to resolve this before my 8 am delivery deadline tomorrow. I have a certificate of completion interaction at the end of my course.  When I preview the course, the interaction works like a charm. It also works in the EXE version of this project. When I published as SWF/HTML the last page just shows a blank content page, no interaction. DoH!  Anyone have any ideas of whats up?

Thanks, Josh

How have you published and viewed the course?

If you have published 'to your computer' and are viewing in a browser with a 'file:///' url, it's NOT running through a web browser or Learning Management System (LMS) needed to properly serve the certificate interaction.

You'll want to set up a publish / review / test / deploy cycle that allows the content to be reviewed, and revised; updates published to a test server, features to be tested, revised, and deployed to an LMS or Content Management Syste

Thanks so much! I was referring to publishing to my computer. It all makes sense now.
