Click box at wrong location

I recently purchased a subscription to the 2017 Captivate version.  When I record a software simulation, the click box ends up a few inches from the spot I had actually clicked when I was recording.  I realize that I can move the click box when I am editing, but I don't understand why the click box doesn't seem to be calibrated to the correct location when I am recording.  Thanks for any suggestions!

I had this problem and it was corrected by Using zoom out and zoom in on my browser to set my browser at 100 percent.  Mine was recording incorrectly when my browser was at 70%.
