Converting HTML or SWF to an MP4 video

Hi
I recently made a Software Simulation file in Captivate 9.
As the only option to export the file is to HTML or SWF, is there a way to convert this to a MP4 or another video file?
I really need this as a video!
Cheers
John

Thanks that worked!

If you only want a video, you would have a much better quality using the Video Demo work flow (cpvc project) instead of the Software simulation, demo mode. Be also careful: if you have FMR slides (Full Motion Recording, they have a camera indicator in the Filmstrip), to set recording to 32-bit instead of 16-bit in the Preferences.

Hi Liliybiri,
I am curious, how do you make a project cpvc? I do not see that in my blank project options. I am using Captivate 9.
Thank you in advance for your response!

Choose Video Demo in the Welcome screen

Or if you have a project open already, click File > Record a New > Video Demo...
