Corrupt File Issues

New Here ,
Aug 14, 2018 Aug 14, 2018

My company uses Captivate to create CBTs for upload into our LMS. We have reoccurring issues with Captivate files 'corrupting'. Is there a solution for this or a set of steps we could follow each time to prevent corruption? It's immensely frustrating when you have multiple people trying to create content at different office locations with no way to review or edit someone else's Captivate file without corrupting it.

We're also having an issue with a Captivate file publishing an incomplete SCORM bundle (HTML). Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks!

Regarding your first issue with file corruption:  This is usually caused by not following the recommended practice to ONLY work on CPTX project files that are located on the developer's own local hard drive.  If you are in a corporate environment, you need to make sure that you are NOT working on project files that are stored on a network drive somewhere.  Check the Default Locations in your Preference settings to make sure your Project Cache is also on a local C drive folder.

I think it would be better to start a different thread for your other question.  That doesn't sound related to the first one.
