CP5 Audio not playing from timeline.

One of my coworkers is having problems with his audio not playing from the timeline when creating a project?  Has anyone had this happen before and have a suggestion?  The audio works once he's published the project just not from the workspace.

Hi there

My guess is that it got muted.

Look at the teeny tiny speaker icon and see. Try clicking it.

No we checked that.

I asked him to save it somewhere I could bring it to my computer from and when he went to save it a popup came up saying something about recovering unresolved audio or something and then closed the captivate project.  WHen he reopened it the audio worked.

I'm having the same issue, but not on the main slide...within rollover slidelets. Even though the audio track is all the way to the left [0] in the timeline it doesn't start playing for 7-8 seconds...
