Custom Icon for Windows.exe from a Mac

It doesn't seem possible to insert a custom icon for a Windows executable when working on Captivate on a Mac, is that right? The documentation (below) seems to gloss over this shortcoming.

Custom Icon
You can customize the icon that is displayed for the executable file. Click Browse (...) to add a custom icon for your file. Ensure that the icon file has a .ico extension (on Windows)/.icns (for Mac).

I tried submitting this same problem as a feature request and/or bug report.

Unfortunately, and somewhat disconcertingly, the Captivate Bug Report form also doesn't work. No matter how thoroughly I entered my request, I got these error messages:

Yes thank you, I found the Feature Request/Bug Report site was working again the next day.

And BTW, no answer at all yet about why you can't add a custom Windows icon in Captivate for Mac.

I'm having the EXACT same issue. I can't seem to find any thread on this in any forum except for this one. Any answer? I'm simply trying to create a custom Windows .exe icon from a Mac. This is SOOOO fundamental. I don't see why the field is there but it is greyed out. Anyone know of a FIX for this yet?

Why is this string marked:

This Question is                             Possibly Answered

1 "correct" answer available (10 pts) 2 "helpful" answers available (5 pts)

No one has even ATTEMPTED an answer. None of these posts is helpful, except to point out the function doesn't work. What kind of whitewash is that???
Ignor the question, say it's "possibly answered" and maybe it will go away and no one will have to fix it? You tell me.

Hi there

It is "Possibly answered" because you initiated the thread and there have been several replies. As the thread creator, it is up to you (if you choose) to nominate the winning and helpful answers.

Cheers... Rick

Thanks, I guess that was 'helpful'...in the same sense this string is 'possibly answered'.
