Hi, Good Day.

I want to seek your most humble assistance if there is a way that a learner will not be able to close the browser window unless they click the 'exit' button?

The reason I ask this is the learner must reach first the survey question popup window, and inside that survey question window, a button is added and can perform 'exit,' or in this instance, the learner can finally close the specific browser tab where the SCORM is loaded

You could probably set up a dedicated computer for training purposes in a kiosk mode that prevents learners from closing the browser by keeping the browser in full-screen mode, but your elearning module will not be well received if you manage to figure out a way to hijack someone's computer browser in this manner.
